Nesta quinta feira dia 21, por volta das 11 hs, compareceu a Guarnição da PM, comandada pelo CB/PM DAMASCENO, apresentando dua pessoas por nome com as iniciais A. M. S. e J. E. C. M. Informando que a pessoa de A. M.
Fora abordada por estar sobre atitude suspeita, tendo ele se escondido e jogado DUAS MUNIÇÕES, de calibre 38, e uma substancia análoga a MACONHA, que foram localizadas pelo CB/PM DAMASCENO.
Afirmou o condutor que, ao abordar o senhor A. M. esse confessou que havia comprado a MACONHA na mão de J. E. e que havia encontrado aquelas MUNIÇÕES.
Diante do que fora informado por
A.M, a guarnição conseguiu localizar J. E. em sua residência, tendo este negado os fatos, todavia, ambos foram conduzidos para esta Delegacia para prestar esclarecimentos do ocorrido.
A pessoa por nome com as iniciais A. M. Foi solto mediante ao pagamento de uma fiança no valor de um salário mínimo.
O fato registrado para as devidas providências.
