A segunda ex-mulher de Jair Bolsonaro (sem partido), Ana Cristina Siqueira Valle, conquistou um patrimônio milionário após cerca de uma década do fim da relação com o atual presidente. Enquanto casada com o capitão, ela comprou 14 imóveis, sendo que parte deles foi adquirido com dinheiro vivo.
As informações foram reveladas em um levantamento feito pela revista Época, com base em cerca de 40 escrituras de compra e venda e 20 registros em cartórios no Rio de Janeiro e em Brasília.
De acordo com a revista, quem contribuiu para a valorização no valor de parte dos bens foi o empresario do setor de transportes Marcelo Traça, conhecido por ter sido alvo de uma Operação Lava Jato no Rio de Janeiro.
Desde 1997, ano em que Ana Cristina se envolveu com o então deputado federal, até 2008, a então assessora parlamentar comprou 14 imóveis e terrenos, avaliados em cerca de R$ 3 milhões. As aquisições foram feitas com Bolsonaro e os valores são referentes a data da separação nos anos 2000.
Em números corrigidos pela inflação, esse valor é equivalente a R$ 5,3 milhões, de acordo com a revista.
À época, quando se uniu a Ana Cristina, Bolsonaro não contava com muitos bens. Segundo a revista, o então deputado tinha apenas dois apartamentos no Rio de Janeiro e um terreno em Angra dos Reis, sendo que um dos imóveis ficou com a primeira mulher, Rogéria Nantes Bolsonaro. As aquisições datam dos anos 1996 e 1997.
Dinheiro vivo
Segundo a reportagem, cinco desses 14 imóveis adquiridos por Ana Cristina e Jair Bolsonaro foram pagos em dinheiro vivo. Entre as aquisições estão duas casas, um apartamento e dois terrenos. A revista informa que todas as negociações foram feitas separadas entre 2000 e 2006.
O valor total dos bens chegava à época a R$ 243 mil. Segundo a revista, hoje, esse montante equivale a R$ 680 mil com a inflação corrigida de acordo com a data de cada compra.
Quando se separou de Bolsonaro, Ana Cristina ficou com nove imóveis e, entre os bens em sua posse, havia cinco terrenos que levam a outras transações incomuns. De acordo com a Época, o casal declarou um conjunto de terras por R$ 160 mil em 2006.
No entanto, em apenas cinco anos, a segunda ex-mulher do atual presidente revendeu os terrenos por R$ 1,9 milhão. Ou seja, mais de 11 vezes o valor declarado em 2006.
Parte desses bens foram adquiridas por uma empresa da qual o conhecido delator Marcelo Traça é sócio: a Alambari Empreendimentos e Participações Ltda. Em sua delação premiada, ele admitiu que adquiriria imóveis como forma de lavar dinheiro.
Na década seguinte, Ana Cristina passou a ser considera por promotores como uma peça-chave nas investigações de rachadinha, a conhecida prática de devolução de salários de assessores aos políticos que os contrataram nos gabinetes de Flávio e Carlos Bolsonaro.
Em 2018, Ana Cristina se candidatou para deputada federal pelo Podemos. Com pouco mais de 4.500 votos, não foi eleita. À época, ela declarou R$ 842.457,00 em bens. Ana Cristina é advogada.
