MEC adia Enem 2020, que será realizado em janeiro e fevereiro de 2021
O Enem (Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio) de 2020 será realizado no começo de 2021, e não mais em novembro deste ano. A informação foi divulgada hoje por Antonio Paulo Vogel, secretário-executivo do MEC (Ministério da Educação) em entrevista coletiva, confirmando o adiamento da prova.
As provas impressas serão aplicadas nos dias 17 e 24 de janeiro de 2021, enquanto a versão digital está marcada para 31 de janeiro e 7 de fevereiro. A reaplicação do Enem será nos dias 24 e 25 de fevereiro, com resultados a partir de 29 de março.
O agendamento é reflexo da pandemia do novo coronavírus e das consequentes medidas de isolamento social – que afetam não apenas a própria preparação dos alunos durante o ano letivo como também influenciariam a realização das provas nas salas de aula.
A discussão ganhou força nos últimos meses. Em maio, o então ministro da Educação, Abraham Weintraub, admitiu a possibilidade de adiar a realização do exame. A pressão chegou ao Congresso Nacional, que aprovou o adiamento em projeto no Senado.
Antecipando-se à votação na Câmara dos Deputados, Weintraub anunciou uma votação entre os alunos para a definição do calendário e admitiu a possibilidade de remarcar a avaliação para uma nova data, “de 30 a 60 dias” depois da data originalmente prevista.
Ainda em maio, as inscrições foram prorrogadas — o prazo final, então no dia 22, foi jogado para o dia 27. O ministro, porém, se mostrou satisfeito com o volume de inscrições feitas dentro do prazo original.
“Praticamente todo mundo que ia se inscrever já se inscreveu (…), nem precisava ter adiado”, afirmou Weintraub no dia 25 daquele mês. No fim, 5.783.357 inscrições foram feitas.
No começo de julho, saiu o resultado da votação, que reuniu 1.113.350 de votos. 49,7% das pessoas votaram pela prova em maio de 2021:
- 553.033 (49,7%) optaram pela prova em maio de 2021
- 392.902 (35,3%) votaram pela prova em janeiro 2021
- 167.415 (15%) optaram pela prova em dezembro de 2020
A enquete oferecia três opções de datas para as provas, tanto impressas quanto digitais:
- Enem impresso: 6 e 13 de dezembro de 2020 / Enem Digital: 10 e 17 de janeiro de 2021
- Enem impresso: 10 e 17 de janeiro de 2021 / Enem Digital: 24 e 31 de janeiro de 2021
- Enem impresso: 2 e 9 de maio de 2021 / Enem Digital: 16 e 23 de maio de 2021
