Etanol será vendido diretamente das usinas para os postos, diz Bolsonaro
O presidente Jair Bolsonaro informou hoje que o Conselho Nacional de Política Energética estabeleceu diretrizes para que o etanol possa ser vendido das usinas diretamente para os postos de combustíveis.
“A venda direta de etanol pode proporcionar maior concorrência no setor e baratear o preço dos combustíveis nas bombas”, escreveu em publicação nas redes sociais. O presidente não detalhou quais são as diretrizes.
Atualmente, a norma da Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (ANP) estabelece que todo combustível deve passar por empresa distribuidora antes de chegar às bombas dos postos. Em diversas ocasiões, Bolsonaro já defendeu a venda direta como forma de reduzir os preços dos combustíveis.
Um projeto de decreto legislativo para liberar a venda sem intermediários também está tramitando na Câmara dos Deputados. Ele foi aprovado pela Comissão de Minas e Energia no fim de 2019 e está sendo analisado pela Comissão de Constituição e Justiça e de Cidadania (CCJ), para depois seguir para votação no plenário.
