Bragantino fura a fila volta a treinar no clube e realiza atividades físicas com atletas divididos em grupos
O elenco do Bragantino voltou a treinar no clube nesta terça-feira, 2. As atividades deste retorno, entretanto, foram bem diferentes do último treino antes da paralisação por causa da pandemia de coronavírus. Nesta retomada, os atletas foram separados em grupos e realizaram apenas atividades físicas.
O primeiro grupo chegou para o treino às 8h30, e o último terminou por volta das 16h30. Entre um grupo e outro, a equipe de limpeza, que também está reduzida, fez a higienização do local e dos equipamentos. A comissão técnica também foi diferente para cada grupo. As atividades foram semelhantes às realizadas em casa e não tiveram contato entre os atletas.
Somente pessoas essenciais para a realização do treino puderam comparecer ao HWT, onde o time realiza os treinos. A imprensa, assim como a assessoria do clube, não acompanharam as atividades. Por isso, não há imagens do treino.
Os treinos do Bragantino devem ser realizados desta forma nesta semana e na próxima. O Massa Bruta retornou aos treinos no clube após elaborar um protocolo de segurança e ter a autorização da prefeitura de Bragança Paulista. Confira abaixo algumas recomendações do protocolo de segurança.
- Realização periódica de exames;
- Separação dos atletas em grupos menores;
- Higienização constante das mãos;
- Presença de número reduzido de pessoas no CT;
- Quartos individuais para cada pessoa se vestir;
- Utilização de máscaras (exceto os atletas durante a atividade física);
- Não cuspir ou assoar o nariz em campo;
- Manter uma distância de no mínimo dois metros;
- Em caso de qualquer sintoma, informar imediatamente o departamento médico.
